In spirit and in truth, Osteopathic Medicine

Our friend Michelle Clay is a certified holistic health counsellor and clinical nutritionist.  She created this video with my husband and me a few years ago.  It is extremely insightful especially for women who are suffering with ailments specific to us.  I thought that I would share it with you.
